Account Supervisor (Customer Programs)

What you'll be doing as our new Account Supervisor (Customer Programs):

Oversee Customer Programs Implementation Team – 5 Streams (Grower Programs; Retail Programs; Product Assurance; IP Stewardship; In-Season Incentives)

  • Support team with day-to-day execution and fulfillment of client reward programs
  • Lead and coach team with respect to issue resolution, client leadership and process
  • Take an active role in developing all direct reports, providing mentorship and a positive work environment
  • Maintain/Develop a positive & partnering relationship with the client
  • Ensure that all projects are executed according to established guidelines (strategy, time, budget, quality)

Steward and lead the implementation of Customer Programs

  • Work with the onboarding team (Calgary) to providing program insight, approach, new program recon viability, planning exposure, optimization
  • Provide executional oversight for the team and develop a deep understanding of the client’s program processes
  • Ensure cross-functional teams are effectively onboarding and implementing customer programs requirements
  • Establish and build upon internal and external relationships to ensure alignment between implementation and business needs
  • Oversee the creation of detailed tactical plans
  • Identify and present new implementation opportunities – stewarding consistency, holistic approach, best practices and customer experience
  • Monitor and maintain program exposures
  • Ensure the team is maintaining vigorous quality standards and controls to mitigate risk.

  • Minimum 2 years experience managing a team or coaching / mentoring others

Financial & Data Management:

  • Strong interest in working with data
  • Exceptional analytical and project management skills
  • Exceptional at problem solving and troubleshooting
  • Logical, technical, analytical mindset

Client Leadership:

  • Exceptional experience with client management and leadership
  • 3-5 years client management experience

Program Management

  • Demonstrated ability to operationalize functional program requirements
  • Demonstrated ability to manage complex financial processes
  • 3-5 years experience managing the execution of financial loyalty / reward programs preferred


  • Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal

Education that will help you succeed:

  • Bachelors Degree, preferably in Economics or Business Marketing
  • Agricultural background or experience is an asset, but not required
  • Proficiency in MS Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Visio)
