Communciations and Government Relations Coordinator

Keystone Agricultural Producers (KAP) is Manitoba’s general farm policy organization representing and promoting the interests of farm families and commodity associations. We work with industry, government, and stakeholders to ensure that agriculture in Manitoba remains profitable and sustainable. KAP requires a Communications and Government Relations Coordinator who will be responsible for creating, implementing, and overseeing communications activities that promote KAP, support its advocacy efforts, and create awareness of its programs. Duties include: editor-in-chief of Manitoba Farmers Voice, media relations and monitoring, publisher of KAP Alert, supporting KAP’s advocacy efforts, and overseeing the management of the website, social media, and KAP events.

Marketing Coordinator

As the Marketing Coordinator, you will work closely with the portfolio marketing manager to develop, implement and coordinate marketing strategies for both the Farm At Hand and Decisive Farming brands. The ideal Marketing Coordinator is a solutions person who can drive best practices and continuous improvement. You will serve as a key member of our team, supporting the delivery of sales, marketing and communications activities. You’ll coordinate projects from start to finish (concept, layout, build, research, sourcing, print production and shipping – in conjunction with our partners) while regularly reviewing and interacting with stakeholders to ensure deliverables are on time and map to overall creative and business strategy. The Marketing Coordinator should also possess the skill set to write content for website and blogs, as well as social media needs.

Digital Marketing Coordinator

As the Digital Marketing Coordinator, you will work closely with the portfolio marketing manager to develop, implement and coordinate marketing strategies for both the Farm At Hand and Decisive Farming brands. The ideal Digital Marketing Coordinator will be part strategist, part researcher/analyst, part technology application guru, and completely diligent in executing well laid plans. You will serve as a key member of our team, providing vision for the optimization and effectiveness of our direct to customer strategy to optimize communications with our customers and key stakeholders. You’ll own our existing subscriber growth efforts through our website, social and paid platforms, as well as being tasked with developing new ideas for growth. This role requires expertise of email marketing strategy, how email marketing supports demand generation, prospect nurturing, testing, optimization, and data analysis. The Digital Marketing Coordinator should also possess the skill set to write content for website and blogs, as well as social media needs.
